The bitter oranges are grown on our organic farm in an unspoiled area of Basilicata. As soon as they are harvested, they are de-bittered and we process them with only the addition of sugar. They are free from colorants and preservatives. After opening, they should be stored in the refrigerator; any change in color does not affect the product, it is simply the normal oxidative process.
