This website is owned and operated by Mantenera Agricultural Company of Subelli Andrea Contrada Malcanale snc. These Terms establish the terms and conditions under which you can use our website and the services we offer. This site offers visitors the opportunity to purchase food products. By accessing or using the website for our service, the user agrees to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Credit Card
We only accept credit cards belonging to the International Circuits America Express, Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
Payment is made through the Braintree payment gateway (Paypal Group).
At the time of payment, if you are purchasing as a registered user, you will be given the option to save your credit card data (on secure Braintree servers) to expedite future purchases.
If your card is protected by 3D Secure anti-fraud systems (such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode), a popup will open at the time of purchase requesting authentication.

For any intact, unopened product, to make a return, contact us by email and communicate the reason for the return. As these are food products, returns will only be accepted for unopened products. We will provide an exchange with another product or offer a voucher spendable on our website. Please note the following: Products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged goods must be checked at the time of delivery and potentially disputed directly with the courier.
Right to change the offer
We may, without notice, modify the services; cease to provide the services or features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may terminate or temporarily suspend access to services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.
Warranties and liability for services and products
When we receive claims for a product purchased from us, whose warranty is valid, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon returning the product. We will pay for the shipping of repaired or replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product.
