In our company, there is no real orchard, but some fruit trees, such as Cherries, Oranges, Strawberries Pears, and Apples, all organically certified like the entire company. With these trees, we make jams and marmalades depending on the season and the fruit yield. Our jams, handcrafted just a few hours after fruit picking, are meticulously made to ensure a healthy and genuine product.
Fruiting happens naturally; we do not force the plants with fertilizers and chemicals. For this reason, some years may be more abundant than others, and our products may not always be available. However, this method guarantees an entirely natural product. Each jar of our jams and marmalades contains 70% fruit and 30% organic cane sugar, without colorants, thickeners, and enhancers of color.
